It was the first day back, as Zach had just returned from a well-deserved vacation. God knows he needed it after being trapped in this hell hole for so d@mn long. "Sh!t," he said, as the article he had been working on glided off the desk. Leaning forward, he picked the papers up, and sorted them alphabetically in the small file cabinet located alongside his desk. He heaved a light sigh, as he lifted himself out of the chair positioned within the average sized office he worked in. His attire was that of a muggle's, and consisted of a plain white polo shirt, with the typical khaki pants. He straightened the collar of the shirt, and walked toward the door, turning the knob, and headed out of the office.

A few steps down the hall, and he faced the entrance to the 'Staff Lounge,' as it was so called. Frankly, lounge seemed a bit much for a name of a place that had so little. Nevertheless, a break was what Zack needed. He muttered the password to the invisible door, and walked inside, his eyes large from what he had immediately seen. Ursula Bulstrode, had been recently hired by Miranda Carson, Arden’s predecessor. Zach pleaded her not to hire the woman, for it meant him being stripped of the job he once held, 'Head of Magical Law Enforcement.' She didn’t seem like the best applicant either, and what his eyes had seen proved what he thought to be true. Ursula had charmed what seemed to be an innocent woman, with the Levicorpus hex, which had her held up by the ankle.

"Finite Incantatem," he spoke softly, pointing the wand toward the young woman, and rushed over to her, catching her fall, once being released from the hex. "Ursula Bulstrode!" he yelled, before continuing, "what the h.ell is wrong with you? What gave you the idea to hex an innocent bystander, and at this rate, one of the Ministry’s own! I ought to have you fired, and don’t think it hasn’t crossed my mind. I can’t believe Mi even hired you, what’d you do, put her under the d@mn Imperius curse?" he questioned, rolling his eyes, "Don’t think you’re going without punishment, seeing you’re Head of Magical Law, it seems you would know good and d@mn well what this files under," he said, clearing his throat, "Section 118; Magical Infringement of a Ministry Co-Worker; results in immediate dismissal, I’ve been here far too long my dear," he said, cracking a smile, "Being the 'nice guy' I am, I’m letting it slide with you being put on probation, however, if I even hear of you doing something as foolish as this again, you will be stripped of your rank, and frankly, a job as well." He said, waving his hand forward for her to continue on with whatever she was doing.

He turned his head toward the woman, whom he had realeased his grip from before he began yelling at Ursula. "Sorry, things do get a little hectic around here sometimes. You’re not hurt, are you? Don’t think anything of it, as to why I got you down. It seemed like the right thing to do, h.ell, it WAS the right thing to do. I’m sorry? I didn’t quite catch your name. You must have been just hired, or I would have known you by now." He said, smiling somewhat.
